Rates quoted are for two people with additional guests being an extra $50 per person per night.
A discount is offered for stays of more than two nights.

Bookings & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 30% of the total rate is payable one month before to your stay with the balance required approximately 14 days prior to arrival. ​Cancellations less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to arrival date forfeit the deposit paid. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit all money paid.

COVID-19
The unpredictability associated with COVID has required us to more flexible in the cancellation policies listed above,
so if your circumstances change due to events out of your control please don't hesitate to communicate with us.

COVID has of course necessitated changes to keep our guests, staff and ourselves safe, which
includes adding to our already rigorous cleaning regime and spacing bookings.
