Rates
Guests have exclusive use of the cottage (sleeps up to 4).
Rates are for two people. Additional guests are $50 per person per night.
There is a minimum 2-night stay, with a discount offered for stays of more than two nights.
Self-contained/catered accommodation
2 nights — $550
3 nights — $750
For stays longer than three nights, please enquire for rates.
Breakfast provisions available
on request
For guests who prefer to settle in and enjoy breakfast at the cottage, breakfast provisions can be supplied for an additional charge.
$50 per two people per night.

Bookings & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 30% of the total rate is payable one month before your stay with the balance required approximately 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to arrival date forfeit the deposit paid. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit all money paid.
The unpredictability associated with COVID has required us to more flexible in the cancellation policies listed above,
so if your circumstances change due to events out of your control please don't hesitate to communicate with us.
